Terms & Conditions
Our therapy sessions require commitment and motivation from both the therapist and the client for the best possible results. Although our work together in the therapy room is integral to success, reflection and action is required from you and by using any provided hypnotherapy recording and breathing techniques daily, this will help to ensure you get the most from therapy. As the client, when you agree to undertake a course of therapy, you agree to engage with the process, complete any homework that you are given and listen to the CD’s/mp3’s at appropriate times. It is with commitment and working in partnership, that will see the best results. Please note results may vary from person to person.
At our first in-person consultation and assessment session, together we will go through and agree mutually upon a contract for our therapeutic relationship. Such considerations to be agreed upon include:
Attendance at sessions and timekeeping
Cancellation policies (Minimum of 48 hours notice via telephone)
Payment details
My commitments to you as the client
Your commitments to therapy - number of sessions agreed and your active involvement
Safeguarding and insurance
Confidentiality policy and GDPR compliant record keeping
